Yes, ergonomic assessments are integrated into GroWrk’s home office onboarding process. As an HR, People Ops, Employee Experience manager, you can send invites for your colleagues to complete assessments, view the results on the GroWrk admin panel, and even request a one-on-one follow up with a professional ergonomist.
You can extend your subscription for as long as you need the equipment. Once it is no longer needed, we will recover all items. We also allow your team to purchase the items from us at the end of the subscription and keep them indefinitely.
We recommend companies subscribe to home working equipment for their employees because this prevents the creation of a tax liability for the employee and a major headache for the finance team to remain tax compliant. If you would prefer to purchase, please reach out to us, we can help too.
If your contract is 12 months or longer, we will provide a discount on the outstanding contract balance. The level of discount will depend on how many months of the contract have elapsed. We do not provide any discounts for early termination on our 6-month contracts.
Please treat your GroWrk items with care. Normal wear is expected, but we know life happens. Damages are evaluated by our team on a case-by-case basis. If items are significantly stained or damaged, they may be subject to a cleaning and refurbishment fee.
