Once you have created your account, pre-approve products and services from our catalogue and invite your team members to browse and order from your personalized GroWrk store-front. We then deliver and respond to service/replacement requests on all of your items.

If an employee leaves a company, any equipment that they keep (e.g. a home office set up) is considered a taxable benefit from the company. The employer must either deduct the tax from the employee’s pay, recover the equipment, or adjust the employee’s salary to offset the tax owed.

No. GroWrk allows you to order equipment as and when it’s required by your team and still access great prices. For example, when team members join or leave your organization, or require replacement or upgraded home office equipment.

Yes, all of GroWrk’s products are compliant with fire safety regulations for domestic use. Unlike most upholstered office chairs in the market, which are only approved for office use, we work with manufacturers to ensure all products meet the compulsory and stringent TB117 requirements.

Yes, ergonomic assessments are integrated into GroWrk’s home office onboarding process. As an HR, People Ops,  Employee Experience manager, you can send invites for your colleagues to complete assessments, view the results on the GroWrk admin panel, and even request a one-on-one follow up with a professional ergonomist.

You can extend your subscription for as long as you need the equipment. Once it is no longer needed, we will recover all items. We also allow your team to purchase the items from us at the end of the subscription and keep them indefinitely.

We recommend companies subscribe to home working equipment for their employees because this prevents the creation of a tax liability for the employee and a major headache for the finance team to remain tax compliant. If you would prefer to purchase, please reach out to us, we can help too.

If your contract is 12 months or longer, we will provide a discount on the outstanding contract balance. The level of discount will depend on how many months of the contract have elapsed. We do not provide any discounts for early termination on our 6-month contracts.

At the moment we deliver anywhere in the contiguous US, UK, Mexico, Canada, and Colombia. Our service will be available in additional countries in the coming months.

IT equipment, accessories and the most popular furniture models are delivered in under 5 business days. 

For urgent deliveries, we offer an express service.

Specialist furniture items, such as highly adjustable chairs, and some less popular colors, take between 2 and 5 weeks to be delivered.

Please treat your GroWrk items with care. Normal wear is expected, but we know life happens. 
Damages are evaluated by our team on a case-by-case basis. If items are significantly stained or damaged, they may be subject to a cleaning and refurbishment fee.

Yes, all our products are covered by our on-site warranty. Our typical call-out time is 3 business days but depending on your region we may be there to get you sorted same-day!

GroWrk provides a positive Return on Investment even for team members who work from home occasionally, say 1-2 days per week.

Employers have the same health and safety responsibilities for home workers as for any other workers, even if they only work from home occasionally.

Yes. Our product catalogue includes highly adjustable chairs, desks, monitor arms and specialist keyboards and mice. If you can’t find something you need, let us know and we’ll source it.

All input devices such as mice, keyboards and headsets are new. For other product categories, we will occasionally provide pre-loved products but only when they are in impeccable “like-new” condition.
